Improve your vision without glasses! Explore various acupuncture points to improve the musculature of your eyes. Learn foods that strengthen vision as well as food/ beverages that are allergens. Discover Kryias, or cleansing eye techniques, that relax and improve vision. Strengthen and tone the musculature controlling your eyes, and finish off with Asana, or poses, that improve the overall health of your eyes.
