Janet Tinney (Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine UBC 1981) has 34 years experience as a physiotherapist.  She works with orthopedic, neurologic, respiratory, lymphatic and men’s and women’s health problems. She encouraged patient to take an active role in their health by understanding the causes of their concerns and how to promote wellness. She uses her knowledge of applied physiology to influence her manual therapy. Her patients call it good hands. Janet works at Essential Health: 604-467-9554, 11857 223rd St Maple Ridge.

Erin Jacob is a Yoga Therapist who has been teaching extensively in the realm of therapeutics for over 8 years. Through a holistic and alignment based approach she has helped many students who suffer from knee pain and injuries find their path back to wellness and pain free movement.

In 2010 she founded Centered Within Yoga in hopes to share the amazing healing principles of yoga within her community!
