There are more the 7,200 nerve endings in each of the feet. Which have extensive interconnections through the spinal cord and brain with all areas of the body. Reflexology is very effective in reducing stress by putting the client into a state known as ''parasympathetic'' mode of the nervous system. This state facilitates the body’s ability to re-balance its self-healing potential. Regulating nerve impulses and alleviating blockages such as lactic acid and uric acid build up caused by ineffective elimination of metabolic by products. A reflexology session, which generally lasts one hour, breaks up deposits of toxic by-products and allows the body’s system to maintain an internal balance of ''Homeostasis''.  The client removes only their socks, sinks into a massage table (or zero gravity chair) and is encouraged to relax and focus within.

Ashlee is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and is licensed with the Reflexology Association of Canada. She is trained in the area of foot reflexology and has a passion for working with people in a way that fosters improvement in health. Ashlee has worked with all walks of life including: children, elderly, pregnant, people with all different kinds of conditions and disabilities. Ashlee plans to continue her education in the natural health field as helping people is her passion.
