The health benefits of incorporating raw and living foods into our diets are numerous. We maximize our intake of nutrients and enzymes which are largely destroyed by the cooking of our foods. Consumption of raw and living foods help us to reduce inflammation, prevent/fight dis-ease, lose weight, increase energy, and so much more.
In this class you'll learn all about making raw, vegan, gluten & sugar free foods. We will be covering the “Best Of” recipes from Level 1, voted by participants of the classes. Breakfasts, snacks, “cheese”, entrees and even raw vegan tempered chocolates for dessert. You'll get to watch how to make each of the recipes and sample them too! Recipe booklets are provided for each participant so you can recreate these delicacies at home.

This workshop is part of a series for our New Year's Detox event happening at Centered Within Yoga which will be leading into our 7 Day Raw Food Challenge. Enjoy these workshops separately or as part of a series!
Recipes from this workshop will be available for order for a short period of time for students participating in our Raw Food Challenge from Feb. 1st - 7th.
