Join Erin Jacob and Patty Bojczuk on this cleansing journey as we explore the deeper workings of the body, mind, and spirit through yoga and guided meditation. Seasonal changes effect us in many ways, and it is often common to see an increase in bugs and viruses at these points of each year. Join us and learn the techniques of yoga which will best help to rid the body of toxins, boost immune function, and cleanse the internal systems. These cleansing asana will be paired with the incredible benefits of mindful meditation and breathing as we learn to release stress, tension, and negative energy.
