The Anatomy of Stress

We all know that stress is bad for us, but why? In this workshop we will learn to understand the physical reality of what is happening inside our body when we experience stress, and will learn to connect with mechanisms within us which give us access to turn that switch back off again! 

Yoga, Meditation, & Pranayama

Once we understand the deeper mechanisms that control our stress response, we will begin to explore the most effective techniques for combating stress in our day to day lives. Through pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), asana (stretching and posture), and guided meditation, we'll take your nervous system on a journey of peace and relaxation.
