The practices of Classical Hatha Yoga condition the body and stabilize the mind, developing self-compassion and realization of our true nature. We can then let go of old memories and emotions that no longer serve a purpose and move forward. The body once again becomes a safe and friendly vessel to freely move about the world. While these classes are transformative, they are also lighthearted and fun. Healing allows us to shake off our mistakes and find humor in even the heaviest of times.
