Nasal structures began to shift 150 million years ago as our brain began to grow bigger, pushing our jaw down and forward, shrinking our nasal cavity and air passage ways, giving us a smaller, more pointy nose. Our big brains became a slow detriment to the quality of our breathing. However, skeletal remains show that the largest shift to happen to our nasal passage way began only 150 years ago - The Industrial Revolution. A movement away from natural roots, wild plants, and barks towards processed foods, refined flours, and everything soft is making our jaws weaker. The muscles of the jaw help to keep the muscles of the nasal passage way toned, active, and open. If we don't maintain the tone of our nasal passageway it becomes weak, floppy, and restricted, diminishing airflow and encouraging mouth breathing.
Want stronger nasal tissues? Try only breathing through your nose, eat more natural raw foods, chew them longer, and chew some all natural gum for a couple hours per day!
This knowledge is huge. People, if you can get to the up coming workshop, DO IT
