I'm happy to announce that I finally have this video ready on our Yoga on Demand Video Library. For those of you with knee pain, hip pain, and even SI Joint and low back pain, this therapeutic routine will show you some of the less obvious places that often have a huge impact on reducing pain and allowing these areas to rebalance and heal.
It's been quite a journey learning how to try and edit video and upload it off-grid. Not only have I had to learn some new tech skills, but it turns out that it takes more bandwidth than would be available at an internet cafe! Thank you to my new friend Matt who lent me his couch and internet (not to mention lunch, dinner, and a real shower) so I could bring this new therapeutic episode to you all!
