It's incredible to think that your digestive system contains its own 'second' brain and is tasked with the sacred responsibility of transforming external substances into the living cellular matter that makes up your body! Did you know that in 1 year from today 95% of your body's cells will die and be replaced? It's true! You build an almost completely new body every year, and the health of your digestive system plays a crucial role in the health and production of all this new growth. This class will take you on a journey of understanding as we learn how to give your digestive system the care it needs to help lower inflammation, improve peristalsis, detox, tone & strengthen your digestive tissues!
