About the Event
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course will teach you to cultivate the skills of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, self-compassion core principles will enable you to better respond to difficult moments with more kindness, caring, and understanding.
This workshop is an introduction to Mindful Self Compassion course combined with yoga practice. This Intro can stand alone as it's own workshop and will teach the basics of MSC. If you decide to sign up for the entire 8-week course, we will offer you a credit for the cost of this Intro course to be deducted off of the cost for the 8-week course. Essentially, if you decide to do the full course, this intro course will be free!
This workshop will introduce you to:
- Mindfulness in daily living
- Importance of Self-Compassion
- Self-Compassion yoga practices
- Give you an understanding of what to expect in the 8-week MSC course!
