"The Strength Sanctuary" returns this March to help you turn consistent effort into tangible power. Following our foundation-building sessions, this new 3-week series shifts our focus toward the vital pillars of a stable practice: the hips, the core, and the structural integrity of the upper body.
Over the next three weeks, we will dive deep into hip mobility and core stabilization, creating a solid center from which all movement flows. Simultaneously, we are introducing a dedicated shoulder strengthening progression. This targeted work is designed to build the specific resilience and alignment needed to find ease and longevity in your Downward Facing Dog.
