Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to deepen an existing practice, this 3-week series offers a welcoming and grounded exploration of Hatha Yoga. Rooted in time-honoured tradition and guided by principles of mindful movement, each session is thoughtfully designed to support you exactly where you are.

This series draws from the rich tradition of Hatha Yoga to create a balanced and accessible practice for all bodies and all levels. Over three weeks, each class weaves together stretching, strengthening, and mobilizing techniques to improve the function of your entire body — helping you build a stable foundation from which to enjoy greater vitality, health, and mobility in everyday life.


Each class is carefully structured to honour the whole person — body, breath, and mind — while remaining adaptable to individual needs. You will be guided through postures with clear instruction…
