Come Join Astika and Sarah for an evening of therapeutic repair, with live music!
Location: Karma Healing at Whonnock Lake 28064 112 Ave, Maple Ridge
Karma Healing is a beautiful round building with heated floors and amazing acoustics. The perfect space for sound healing! Enjoy the healing atmosphere as you soak in this special time for yourself ~ with this extra long yoga class!
Arrival Window is 5:40-6:00pm
Come early to settle into the space, pull some affirmation cards, enjoy essential oils, and connect with others :)
You will be guided through a therapeutic repair sequence with Astika while enjoying live music from Sarah. Sarah will be playing guitar, singing bowls, and a tongue drum. Astika will also be going around with percussion instruments such as chimes, rain sticks, mini gong, chakapa, and more.
