Class Details:

Sometimes the most powerful progress happens one-on-one. Whether you're navigating a complex injury, managing a health condition, seeking mental and emotional support, or simply wanting to deepen your practice, private yoga lessons offer something a group class never can — a session built entirely around you. All private lessons are offered online in 60 or 90-minute sessions, from the comfort of your own home. Who Private Lessons Are For: Private lessons at Centered Within Yoga are highly adaptable and welcome students at every stage of health and ability — including those who aren't yet ready, or able, to join a group setting. Sessions can even be conducted from your bed when mobility limitations make getting up and down off the floor a challenge. Students book private lessons for many reasons, including: Yoga therapy for specific injuries or health conditions · Establishing a personalized home practice · Easing into yoga when a public class feels overwhelming · Support through serious or complex medical conditions · Mental health and emotional wellbeing · Life and health coaching · Alignment refinement and technique breakdown · Deepening an existing practice · One-on-one fitness programming For Yoga Teachers: Private sessions are also available for yoga teachers looking to expand their therapeutic knowledge, work through challenging client cases, or develop specialized skills in injury care and yoga therapy. Our Approach: No matter where you're starting from, we meet you there.
