Yoga for a Healthy Gut

 

Is your digestion feeling sluggish or out of sync after the holidays?

 

I invite you to join me online for The Motility Method: Yoga for a Healthy Gut. In this class, we go beyond standard stretches to focus on the science of digestive health.

Through a sequence of targeted twists, gentle compressions, and rhythmic movements, we will physically massage the internal organs to encourage natural motility and peristalsis. We’ll also use calming breathwork to activate your "rest and digest" mode, helping to ease bloating and stress-related digestive tension. Learn poses that physically stimulate gastrointestinal circulation, discover breathing techniques to tone your vagus nerve, and create space for a happier, more balanced digestive system - all from the comfort of home!

Front to Back:

Knee Care & Repair

 

We’ve previously explored the inner and outer knee, but in this session, we investigate the often-overlooked front and back compartments.

The knee joint requires balance between the complex ranges of motion happening at the hip and ankle. Discover how imbalances above and below can create joint strain. Through mindful movement and targeted yoga poses, we will explore specific triggers in the front and back of the knee, helping you cultivate "happy knees" and balanced forces.
