Hatha Yoga:
In Sanskrit, Hatha represents the Sun and the Moon—the beautiful interplay between the opposing forces within us. This 4-week series is designed to help you navigate those forces, teaching you to find the sweet spot between strength and flexibility, alertness and ease, and power and peace.
Through the lens of mindful alignment, you will learn to stay anchored in the present moment, building a mental and physical foundation that fosters both confidence and compassion.
What You Will Discover:
The Art of Flow: Master the basics of yogic movement patterns integrated with conscious breathing.
The Blueprint of Alignment: Learn the biomechanics behind fundamental asanas (postures). Once you master these core principles, you’ll unlock the key to practicing hundreds of other poses safely and effectively.
Compassionate Practice: Learn to adapt challenging movements to support your body’s unique needs, honoring limitations or injuries rather than pushing past them.
Holistic Integration: Each session offers a curated balance of pranayama (breathwork), strengthening movements, and deep, restorative stretching.
Can't make the dates?
No problem! I will be recording each class and uploading it to a private member's group that you can access online anytime during the course, and all the way through to Feb. 28th! This way you can enjoy the classes anytime you like, and even repeat the routine for added benefit!
Who is this for?
This series is safe and accessible for almost everyone. No previous yoga experience is required—just an open mind.
