Props for our Therapeutic Neck & Shoulders Class this morning - 10:15am w/ Erin

Good morning friends! This morning we are going to do some highly effective repair for our neck and shoulders. Here are some props you'll need:


- Yoga Block (sub with a thick book)

- Tune Up Balls (sub with 2 tennis balls, a sock, and an elastic band, or 1 Miracle Ball)

- Miracle Balls (sub with a rolled up towel)

- Rad Rod (sub with a dough rolling pin, a wooden dowel, or tune up balls)

- Blanket

-Strap
