Connected

So after doing some tedious work at my kitchen table all day, I was all seized up. I went to login to virtual yoga and missed class so went to the yoga on demand video library and took this unbelievable spinal therapeutic session. Friends you’ve got to try this, I know how seized up most of you are!! I’m bragging anyways because I built this website which is pretty darn spectacular I might add 🤓
