ERYT 200, M Ed. In Counselling Psychology I received my yoga teacher training in 2015 after realizing how valuable yoga was in helping with people’s emotional and mental health. I have been a mental health counsellor over 14 years, mostly helping at risk youth and families who suffer from different types of mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. I came across yoga used for people with trauma and began to see how valuable using the body was in conjunction with therap
