"The Strength Sanctuary" invites you to kick off 2026 by mindfully dedicating yourself to personal empowerment through a balanced, strengthening practice.

 

This series offers an accessible yet challenging sequence, carefully designed to respect injuries with adaptable modifications, while allowing you to dial up the challenge as your strength evolves.

 

"The Strength Sanctuary" provides a supportive space where you can mindfully fit fitness into your life and align your body, mind, and spirit for the year ahead.

 


Can't make the dates?

 

No problem! I will be recording each class and uploading it to a private member's group that you can access online anytime during the course, and all the way through to Jan. 31st, 2026! This way you can enjoy classes anytime you like, and even repeat the routine before and after Christmas for added benefit!

"The Strength Sanctuary" counters this drift with an empowering yoga program designed to create a very real 'anti-aging' effect, helping you maintain and improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

 

This program is all about creating healthy, fun exercise habits through action and discipline.
