Beyond Fight-or-Flight:

A Polyvagal & Yoga Journey to Resilience

Challenge what you think you know about stress, mental health, and trauma! This 6-class series introduces you to the Polyvagal Theory, a revolutionary science that moves beyond the simple "rest and digest" vs. "fight or flight" model.

You'll explore the anatomy of the nervous system and its connection to anxiety, depression, and trauma. By integrating these insights with therapeutic yoga, you will learn practical skills to:

  • Manage your body's behavioral and bodily stress responses.

  • Restore a sense of balance and safety to your nervous system.

  • Widen your "Window of Tolerance" for increased resilience.

Using breathwork, gentle stretches, and mindfulness, this course is designed to put you in the driver's seat of your own well-being.

After years of chronic pain and being told that a life surgery, wheelchair confinement, and medication were her best options, Erin began her search to find a better future for her health, eventually finding therapeutic yoga........
