In this class we take a deep dive into the health of our feet, learning to care for their unique fascial setup, mobilizing their many bones and joints, and learning how to align, stretch, and strengthen in a way that is restorative and transformative. From there we begin to work our way up the leg to release and lengthen the tissues in our calves and legs that tend to add unnecessary strain to our feet and can often be the hidden culprits in foot pain and tightness.
If you suffer from foot or ankle pain or swelling, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, bunions, or hammertoes, or baker cysts, this class is for you! If you spend long hours standing during your day, if you are a runner, or if you simply want to make sure that your feet stay strong and don’t fail you as you age, this class will offer incredible restorative and preventative maintenance.
