Happy Monday! I am so excited for this new website and check out the new times for Monday's classes! Tonight, we will be focusing on gaining better emotional/mental health with good sleep!
- Hatha Yoga 6:30pm- using hatha yoga to focus on exerting the body and then unwinding the body after long day to prepare for good sleep; props: yoga mat, blocks, strap, wall near by if you can
- Mindfulness Yoga Therapy 8:00pm- using breath, yoga poses, and mindfulness to support good sleep to combat stress, greif, and emotional challenges. Props: mat, blocks, bolster, chair (if need to sit in one), wall near by
