I'm back in town for the long weekend to share some yoga love!
Join me for a Sunday morning Therapeutic Yoga class dedicated to caring for your hips, SI joints, and lower spine. This class will be gentle, informative, and effective. Expect to have some fun while learning some simple self-care techniques which will repair and protect some of the most important mobility structures in your body!
