I’m introducing a couple friends to yoga this evening at the sound healing workshop. Are mats supplied? If needed I can bring enough for the 3 of us but would rather not if it’s not required. Thanks.

Hi Mike, thanks for the question! We do indeed have 7 or 8 yoga mats available for student use at all of our workshops. So, although we can't supply them for everyone, we have quite a few if you don't have one, or have forgotten it. There is no charge to borrow a mat, but we just ask that everyone please clean their mat when done using it!
