In this class we will take a gentle and relaxing decompression of both our lower and upper spine, will loosen the tissues on the front of the hips and pelvis which are the common ‘hidden culprits’ in back pain, and will stretch the muscles of the lower and upper back to reduce tension and increase mobility! If your back is sore, this class is a great ‘quick-fix’, however, if you suffer from regular or chronic back pain, put this class on your favorite list and repeat regularly!
