We're happy to say that we've added a new pre-recorded yoga class to our Library Collection. This class is explores a therapeutic approach to improving pelvic floor health, better breathing, as well as safe and effective ways to strengthen your core without creating to much strain on the rest of the body. We pair these strengthening techniques with stretches and rolling techniques to help improve the health of all supporting tissues.
