Today we'll be exploring a therapeutic class designed to repair and mobilize your SI Joints, and to stretch and lengthen your hip flexors! Here is a list of props you'll need for class today:
- Bolster and a couple of pillows (basically, we're looking for a big cushion or stack of pillows to support our body weight)
- Miracle Balls (sub with yoga blocks, a bolster, or a couple of rolled up towels)
- 2 Blankets
