Thank you everyone who came out and joined me! We put our feet in the grass, learnt some lessons about biomechanics of our feet, and enjoyed a wonderful walk searching for glimmers! Never mind yoga in the meadow with the rushing river sounds as our soundtrack. Here is a picture of a glimmer we found and remember to make nature part of your nervous system care routine! Just a few minutes of nature can make a big difference in bodies!
