I'm looking forward to seeing those of you who are attending my virtual foot therapeutics class at 10:15am this morning!
Here's a list of Props you'll need:
- Bolster (sub with a big pillow or 2)
- Wooden Dowel (substitute with Tune Up Balls, a Rad Rod, a broom stick, or a kombucha bottle)
- Face cloth or dish cloth
- Rad Rod (sub with a dough rolling pin, a wooden dowel, or Tune Up Balls and a block)
I know! It's a weird list, but trust me!
Here's the veiw I woke up to this morning. Although it snowed a bit last night, the sun came up and the ice was mostly gone. It's the first day of ice-off today. I'm feeling grounded, rooted in nature, and ready for some off-grid foot therapeutics!
