In this class we take a deep dive into the care and maintenance of our feet. Learn how to release the fascia of your feet, calves, and upper thighs to reduce pain and inflammation, help prevent and improve painful conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, arthritis, swelling in the feet and legs, achillies tendonitis, and more! This class will repair, strengthen, realign, and cleanse in a way that will ensure you leave class with some very happy feet!
Pregnant? Don't worry, this class is pre-natal safe and I'll be sure to show you how to adapt as needed based on where you're at in your pregnancy!
